SIGNIS reserves the right to refuse an order or registration. The simple will of a user to acquire an article or to register for an activity is not sufficient to conclude a contract.

An online order or registration will only be accepted by SIGNIS if the user has identified himself/herself clearly enough.

The sale or registration is complete when the Customer has validated his order, made the payment and a confirmation has been sent to him by e-mail or post.

The prices of the articles indicated on the site are expressed in EUROS, include VAT and exclude delivery costs.  The prices at which SIGNIS offers its articles or participation in activities are always subject to modification. The delivery time of the purchased items or the activation of the subscriptions is specified in each order or subscription.

The buyer acknowledges that he/she has consulted all the information concerning the item before his/her purchase and that the item is in all respects in conformity with his/her request.
