It’s that time of the year again! Registration for the SIGNIS TV Seminar 2018 is now open! The 2018 SIGNIS TV Seminar will be held from September 26-30, in Dublin, Ireland, around the theme “Beyond Production: Marketing for Maximum Impact”.
In the last few years, we had our seminars in Asia, Africa and South America. We are thus happy to be back in Europe, and we hope this location will accommodate many of you.
We will be staying at the Emmaus Center, a few kilometers North of Dublin, Ireland. Single and twin en-suite rooms are available, as well as comfortable meeting rooms.
The center is perfectly located, a few minutes from the airport, as well as from the little town Swords. Dublin is about 25 minutes from the center.
This year, we chose the theme “Beyond Production: Marketing for Maximum Impact”, as we know this is an important issue for many of you.
We will of course have our usual “Show & Tell sessions”, but we will also have some great plenary sessions.
The final programme will follow, but we can already confirm that Roger Childs, Head of Religious Programming at RTE will give us the keynote speech. Natasa Govekar, director of the theological-pastoral department of the Vatican's Secretariat for Communication, who came in our last seminar in Taiwan, has agreed to come again this year. We will also have a presentation from Peter Dunn, who works for The Radharc Trust and who has been a member of Unda, and now SIGNIS, for a long time.
The first meetings will be on Thursday, 27th of September, this is why we ask you to arrive at the Emmaus center on Wednesday, 26th. We will have 3 full days of meetings, and will be ready to depart on Sunday, 30th.
